    Return Policy

    Agrico

    At Agrico, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product, we offer a return/replacement under the following terms:

    1. Eligibility for Replacement:

    • The product is eligible for replacement only if it is found to be damaged upon delivery.
    • Non-damaged products do not qualify for replacement under this policy.


    2. Return/Replacement Window:

    • The replacement request must be made within 7 days from the date the delivery is marked as completed.
    • Any replacement requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be accepted.

    3. Process for Return/Replacement:

    • To initiate a return/replacement request, the customer must provide the following:
    • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
    • Clear images or videos of the damaged product showing the issue.
    • Once the claim is verified, a replacement will be processed at no additional cost.
       

    4. Non-Eligibility:

    • Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or any  reason other than delivery damage are not eligible for return/replacement.
    •  Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
       

    5. Additional Information:

    • Agrico reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return/replacement.
    •  Replacements are subject to product availability. In case the product is out of stock, an appropriate solution will be provided.

    Dhurvi Gold

    The following return policy applies to items purchased online through Tata Steel e-portal, after the material has been dispatched by our channel partners:

    In case the order has been placed through “Pay before Dispatch” or “Pay Now” option,

    • The order cannot be returned

    • The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differ from what has been ordered by the customer. The request shall be raised by calling at our toll-free number, 1800-108-8282. The material will be replaced only in the case it is received in the same form as it was delivered

    Durashine

    The following return policy applies to items purchased online through Tata Steel e-portal, after the material has been dispatched by our channel partners:

    In case the order has been placed through “Pay before Dispatch” or “Pay Now” option,

    • The order cannot be returned

    • The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differ from what has been ordered by the customer. The request shall be raised by calling at our toll-free number, 1800-108-8282. The material will be replaced only in the case it is received in the same form as it was delivered

    In case the order has been placed as a part of the ‘Lockdown Sale’ offer,

    • The order cannot be returned

    • The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differ from what has been ordered by the customer. The request shall be raised by calling at our toll-free number, 1800-108-8282. The material will be replaced only in the case it is received in the same form as it was delivered.

    • Tata Pravesh Warranty terms apply to the order: 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects and 1 year warranty on accessories as passed on by the manufacturer

    Credit note will be given for breakage exceeding 3% on delivery at customer site (In case, breakage is 4%, credit note will be issued for 1% to the customer)
