Return Policy

We strive to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to assist with a replacement. Please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

  • Exchanges are only accepted only if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • valid proof of purchase and clear evidence of the defect/damage (photos/videos) are required

2. Conditions for Return & Replacement

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showcasing the issue

3. How to Initiate a Return & Replacement

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange
  • To process a return & exchange, the customer must provide the following via email:
    • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
    • Clear images or videos showing the damage or defect
    • A brief description of the issue

4. Inspection & Approval Process

  • Our team will review the provided evidence to assess the defect or damage
  • If approved for an exchange, a replacement product will be dispatched once the return is completed

6. Non-Eligible Products

  • Products that show signs of misuse, negligence, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted

7. Refund Policy

  • Please note that any refund request cannot be processed post dispatch
  • Once product is dispatched, it is eligible only for replacement ( given the product is defective/damaged/different from the ordered item).

In case the order has been placed through “Pay before Dispatch” or “Pay Now” option,

  • The order cannot be returned

  • The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differ from what has been ordered by the customer. In case the order has been placed through “Pay before Dispatch” or “Pay Now” option,

  • The order cannot be returned

  • The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differ from what has been ordered by the customer. In case the order has been placed as a part of the ‘Lockdown Sale’ offer,

  • The order cannot be returned

  • The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differ from what has been ordered by the customer. The request shall be raised by calling at our toll-free number, 1800-108-8282. The material will be replaced only in the case it is received in the same form as it was delivered.

  • Tata Pravesh Warranty terms apply to the order: 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects and 1 year warranty on accessories as passed on by the manufacturer

Credit note will be given for breakage exceeding 3% on delivery at customer site (In case, breakage is 4%, credit note will be issued for 1% to the customer)
